Manager, e-Commerce and Digital Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Manager, e-Commerce and Digital Marketing to deliver the ultimate digital brand experience by guiding our customers from the critical first digital touchpoint to conversion and beyond.

You will be responsible for leading the strategic development and sales growth of MyPakage’s e-Commerce businesses by driving innovation in technology, merchandising, and digital marketing. The objectives of this role are to grow revenue, improve gross margin, maximize operating income and help shape our digital presence.

  • Build and lead the execution of MyPakage’s e-Commerce initiatives to support the company's overall brand and customer experience
  • Drive exceptional conversion metrics through all digital touchpoints while ensuring brand experience is consistent on all platforms (1st and 3rd party)
  • Work closely with product and design teams to develop direct-to-consumer product exclusives while also using analytics to help guide future product development
  • Expertly merchandise our online presence through the analysis of customer behavior and inventory management
  • Drive strategy, planning and execution of key acquisition/retargeting channels (email, paid acquisition, SEO/SEM, etc.), to drive engagement and conversion, while tracking against key metrics.
  • Analyze site metrics and synthesize digital campaign performance across marketing channels leveraging that information to help lead our customer engagement strategy
  • Lead site experience improvements through analytics, A/B testing and UI/UX research to drive increased conversion and AOV, while also providing a strong user experience that drives satisfaction
  • Oversee third party vendors and work with partners on strategic initiatives that will improve site KPIs including product reviews and test/targeting
  • Support the preparation of the annual budget, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and monitor reports on results versus budget/forecast based on historical data and analytics

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4-6 years of experience in e-Commerce and digital marketing roles
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study
  • Exceptional forecasting, analytical, and operational skills
  • Expert skill with Google Analytics
  • Experience with email campaign tools
  • Apparel industry experience preferred

Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of all customer requests and inquiries by phone and email

Outdoor Retail Sales Representative – Territory Manager

Available Territories – Southern California, Northeast United States, Majors – New Accounts.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will directly manage and develop the Outdoor channel’s of business in your dedicated territory while ensuring that the strong brand equity of MyPakage is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with VP of Sales to develop sales strategies by account.
  • Manage sell-in process by adhering to recommended assortments to maximize full price selling and margin.
  • Achieve mutually agreed upon annual sales targets including both the top-line results and specific product segmentation strategy that drive maximum channel profitability.
  • Understanding of how to unlock the potential in the outdoor market.
  • Ensure MyPakage inventory flows effectively and responsibly through your territory market by regular store visits, understanding and acquiring of sell through data from our retail partners. Provide analysis on the sell through data.
  • Maintain account plans that are aligned to deliver and support MyPakage sales directions and merchandising strategies. Keep the “Vending machine” full.
  • The ability to add new accounts monthly.
  • The ability to implement an effective, analytical approach to providing vision to our retail partners.
  • Partner with marketing and retail merchandising on in store events and marketing campaigns.
  • Fully understand the customer’s needs and decision-making process to create a win-win.
  • Build influential brand ambassadors within our retail partners to help identify opportunities and deliver a best in class MyPakage.

Education, Qualifications and Experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3 years of key account management or retail merchandise experience with a premium brand
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proven ability to effectively present to groups and engage all levels of retail organizations
  • Proficiency in MS applications, strong knowledge of both Excel and Operating systems.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the Outdoor retail landscape in the US
  • Knowledge of sales processes and ability to apply policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
